Terms of service

These terms explain how tutors may use TutorRecap and how subscriptions work.

The service

TutorRecap helps a tutor turn a short post-lesson voice note into a parent recap. You choose which sections to show, review the AI draft, and share the text from your own phone. You are responsible for the final message.

Your responsibilities

• Record only your own voice about the lesson. Do not record a student or a whole lesson.
• Review every draft. Sharing stays locked until you confirm.
• Keep medical, safeguarding, and diagnostic detail out of recaps.
• You are responsible for what you send to a parent through WhatsApp, Messages, SMS, or email.

Accounts

Sign-in is Google only. You may sign out or delete your account in Settings. Deleting the account removes your login, students, notes, preferences, and recaps.

Plans and payment

The monthly plan is $7.00 per month and the yearly plan is $70.00 per year in US dollars. Actual local prices and any tax are shown by Google Play before purchase. Google Play processes payment and auto-renewal. You can cancel through Google Play; access continues until the paid period ends. Deleting your TutorRecap account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not use TutorRecap to store or share content that should go through a safeguarding process. Do not attempt to access another tutor’s students or recaps.
